PICK UP POLICY
You can choose to pick up your order in one of our stores.
For pastries, viennoiseries, cakes, and special orders, allow one (1) business day for preparation.
HOLIDAY PICK UP
Pick up during any federal holiday are based on our business hours. If you have any questions about holiday deliveries, please contact client services at (YC to provide Phone Number) XXX-XXX-XXX.
The only boxes available for customization are the “Gift Boxes.” The customized box will be charged by weight. Please allow two to three (2-3) days for us to complete your order. To place your order, you may email us at email@example.com .
ORDERS AS GIFTS
We want to create a special tasting experience for each Yann Couvreur gift sent. To preserve the gift component, we do not include receipts in our packages. Clients receive their receipts by email. You may opt to include a complimentary customized message card with your order.
